Dementia-Friendly Collective

Dementia-Friendly Collective, established in June 2025, serves as a learning and networking platform dedicated to bridging partnerships and fostering collaboration among key stakeholders within the Dementia-Friendly Singapore movement. The platform brings together healthcare professionals, community partners and advocates who support the wellbeing of persons living with dementia and their caregivers.

This is a quarterly joint effort by a committed team of community care and healthcare professionals, these sessions focus on:

  • Building capabilities and co-creating strategies to enhance dementia care support through sharing evidence-based practices and lived experiences.
  • Supporting the implementation of Dementia-Friendly Initiatives by adopting best practices from members’ approaches.
  • Identifying opportunities to encourage cross-sector collaboration.
  • Establishing a strong, supportive social network for partners dedicated to supporting persons living with dementia and their caregivers.
