Join us this World Alzheimer’s Month on 19 Sep, 9am–2pm for practical talks on dementia care, caregiver well-being activities, community booths, and a meaningful sharing by SGH patients, family members and caregivers about their lived experiences.
We’ll also take time to recognise and celebrate the caregivers who walk alongside their loved ones every step of the way.
