The club is designed to foster connection, reduce social isolation, and create opportunities to build meaningful relationships in a supportive and inclusive environment. Through gentle movement inspired by Indian classical dance, rhythm, and creative expression, each gathering encourages participants to engage at their own pace, celebrate their strengths, and experience moments of joy, confidence, and belonging.

More than a movement session, the Social Club is a place to build friendships, stay active, and be part of a caring community.
