As more individuals and care partners/caregivers navigate life with cognitive changes, the question is no longer just about care, but about how we continue to live well.
This community-led symposium brings together people living with dementia, care partners, healthcare professionals, and community organisations to explore how participation, partnership, and collaboration can shape more inclusive and supportive environments.
Through real stories, shared experiences, and practical insights, the programme highlights the importance of involving lived experience in co-creation, strengthening compassionate care partnerships, and designing environments that support independence and dignity.
