As a caregiver, you give your all to your loved ones, but it is important to take care of yourself.  Daily caregiving chores can lead to spinal and bodily pains. Extended use of smart devices when caregiving can further strain our posture and our brain, leading to digital dementia.

About the speaker

About Dr Kelvin Ng

Dr Kelvin Ng (Doctor of Chiropractic) graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic, U.S.A. with a Doctor of Chiropractic (Summa cum Laude) qualification.

Dr. Ng won the Milton W. Garfunkel Award, the highest award given to each graduating class for having exhibited superior abilities in the academic, clinical, and philosophical aspects of chiropractic, and having demonstrated a high degree of commitment to the college community.

He is a current board member of The Chiropractic Association (Singapore), a mentor for the Koren Specific Technique (KST), and the owner and clinic director of Family Health Chiropractic Clinic Pte Ltd.
