Caregiver Support and Network aims to promote self-care by providing a platform for caregivers to nurture interests, learn skills, and connect with other caregivers.

What do we do?

Learn to propagate easy-to-grow herbs such as mint, basil, etc., then craft your own herbal tea blends using freshly harvested leaves and create tea blends for stress relief.

 

Who should attend?

Caregivers of persons living with dementia.

About Hortherapeutics
