Caregiver Support Network (CSN) has been an important feature under Dementia-Friendly Singapore, and its goal is to empower caregivers through Peer Support Network focusing on self-care, mindset change and recognition. As such, we see a need for more CSNs to be set up within the community. Therefore, we have developed both resources (toolkit and video) to empower our community partners and individuals to:
1) Set up a Caregiver Support Network that emphasises self-care, peer support and recognising caregivers’ well-being in the community
2) Implement an effective Caregiver Support Network
