As Singapore’s population ages, dementia cases are also on the rise, with 1 in 10 people above age 60 suffering from dementia. While there is no cure for dementia yet, there are effective ways to keep it at bay and lower your risk of developing it.

We bring you the Age Well Everyday (AWE) programme, an evidence-based, volunteer-driven community programme that was developed by the Yeo Boon Khim Mind Science Centre and has successfully been run by RSVP Singapore since 2019. The programme aims to prevent and delay the onset of dementia and improve seniors’ quality of life.
