A Day To Remember is back! An event initiated by Sportcares Champions, this Carnival aims to create a safe space for persons living with dementia and their loved ones to come together for meaningful social interactions and share positive memories.
This year, the event will be bigger with more partners and sponsors on board! The organising team hopes to reach out to more people to raise awareness about dementia and provide support for the dementia community.
